Gorgeous views across the salt marsh to the beach and into upper Polpis Harbor. The primary bedroom has cathedral ceiling and a full bath off the hall. There is a good laundry and utility space. The first floor bedroom on the North side of the house has also been a great gathering space and accessory to the pool. Perfect for Wimbledon watching when set up as a living room. This space is versatile and convenient to the pool.
